Author Guidelines

Submission Required

Authors are required to submit the following documents:

  1. Manuscript Document
  2. Turnitin Similarity Report (Maximum 20%)

Manuscript Format

  • Title: A maximum of 15 words, written in Times New Roman size 14, with each word capitalized except for conjunctions. The title must be provided in both Indonesian and English.
  • Authors' Names: Written in Times New Roman size 11, without academic titles, and accompanied by superscript numbers to indicate affiliations.
  • Affiliations: Include the institution name, city, province, and country, written in Times New Roman size 10.
  • Corresponding Author: Marked with an asterisk (*), with the email address listed at the bottom of the affiliation block, written in Times New Roman size 10.
  • Body Text: Written in Times New Roman size 12 in a two-column format, except for tables and figures, which may be presented in a single-column format.

Abstract Structure

The abstract is written in two languages (Indonesian and English), with a length of 200–300 words, using Times New Roman size 11 and single line spacing. The abstract is structured as follows:

  • Introduction: Presents the topic and context of the study, including background information, a brief literature review, the knowledge gap, and the research direction.
  • Objective: Clearly articulates the specific goals and aims of the research.
  • Method: Describes the research design, participant selection criteria, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.
  • Result: Presents the main findings systematically, and may include brief quantitative data.
  • Conclusion: Summarizes the key findings, implications, study limitations, and suggestions for future research.

Keywords: A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords, separated by commas or semicolons, and arranged alphabetically or by relevance. Written in Times New Roman italic size 11.

Detailed Manuscript Structure

Mandatory Sections:

  • INTRODUCTION: Presents the research theme, background, literature review, knowledge gap, and research objectives in a clear and structured manner.
  • METHOD: Explains the research approach (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, or literature review), population, sample, research location, instruments, data collection procedures, analysis techniques, and ethical approval.
  • RESULTS: Presents the main findings systematically, using tables, figures, or graphs as necessary. Results are conveyed objectively without interpretation.
  • DISCUSSION: Interprets the findings within the context of theory and previous studies, discusses implications, compares with prior research, acknowledges study limitations, and provides recommendations for future research.
  • CONCLUSION: Summarizes the main findings, practical and theoretical implications, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • AUTHOR'S CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT: Clarifies each author's role in the research and manuscript development.
  • CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: Declares the presence or absence of conflicts of interest that may affect the research objectivity.
  • BIBLIOGRAPHY: A minimum of 25 references using the APA 7th edition style, with at least 80% sourced from journal articles published within the last 10 years. The use of reference management software (Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote) is highly recommended.

Optional Sections (included when applicable):

  • DECLARATION OF GENERATIVE AI AND AI-ASSISTED TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WRITING PROCESS: Discloses the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, or Claude) for language or structural editing during manuscript preparation. This section is included when authors have utilized AI technology in the writing process.
  • SOURCE OF FUNDING STATEMENT: Discloses the funding sources of the research and affirms that the funder was not involved in the scientific research process. This section is included when the research has received funding from a particular institution.
  • ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Expresses appreciation to individuals or institutions that supported the research. This section is included when there are parties that need to be acknowledged.

Format Naskah

  • Judul: Maksimal 15 kata, ditulis dengan font Times New Roman ukuran 14, kapitalisasi setiap kata kecuali kata sambung. Judul disajikan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
  • Nama Penulis: Ditulis dengan font Times New Roman ukuran 11, tanpa gelar akademik, dan disertai angka superskrip untuk menandai afiliasi.
  • Afiliasi: Mencakup nama institusi, kota, provinsi, dan negara, ditulis dengan font Times New Roman ukuran 10.
  • Penulis Korespondensi: Ditandai dengan tanda bintang (*), dengan alamat email dicantumkan di bagian bawah afiliasi, menggunakan font Times New Roman ukuran 10.
  • Isi Naskah: Ditulis dengan font Times New Roman ukuran 12 dalam format dua kolom, kecuali bagian tabel dan gambar yang dapat menggunakan format satu kolom.

Struktur Abstrak

Abstrak ditulis dalam dua bahasa (Indonesia dan Inggris) dengan panjang 200–300 kata, menggunakan font Times New Roman ukuran 11 dan jarak baris tunggal (1 spasi). Abstrak disusun dengan struktur sebagai berikut:

  • Pendahuluan: Menyajikan topik dan konteks penelitian, latar belakang, tinjauan literatur singkat, kesenjangan pengetahuan, serta arah penelitian.
  • Tujuan: Merumuskan secara jelas tujuan dan sasaran penelitian.
  • Metode: Menjelaskan desain penelitian, kriteria pemilihan partisipan, metode pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis.
  • Hasil: Menyajikan temuan utama secara sistematis, dapat disertai data kuantitatif singkat.
  • Kesimpulan: Merangkum hasil utama, implikasi, keterbatasan penelitian, dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Kata Kunci: Minimal 3 dan maksimal 5 kata kunci, dipisahkan dengan koma atau titik koma, serta disusun berdasarkan abjad atau relevansi. Ditulis dengan font Times New Roman italic ukuran 11.

Struktur Naskah Lengkap

Bagian Wajib:

  • PENDAHULUAN: Memaparkan tema penelitian, latar belakang, tinjauan literatur, kesenjangan pengetahuan (knowledge gap), serta tujuan penelitian secara jelas dan terstruktur.
  • METODE: Menjelaskan pendekatan penelitian (kuantitatif, kualitatif, mixed-method, atau studi literatur), populasi, sampel, lokasi penelitian, instrumen, prosedur pengumpulan data, teknik analisis, serta persetujuan etik.
  • HASIL: Menyajikan temuan utama secara sistematis dengan menggunakan tabel, gambar, atau grafik bila diperlukan. Hasil disampaikan secara objektif tanpa interpretasi.
  • PEMBAHASAN: Menafsirkan temuan dalam konteks teori dan penelitian terdahulu, membahas implikasi, membandingkan dengan studi sebelumnya, mengakui keterbatasan penelitian, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
  • KESIMPULAN: Merangkum temuan utama, implikasi praktis maupun teoretis, serta saran berbasis hasil.
  • PERNYATAAN KONTRIBUSI PENULIS: Menjelaskan peran setiap penulis dalam penelitian dan penyusunan naskah.
  • KONFLIK KEPENTINGAN: Menyatakan ada atau tidaknya konflik kepentingan yang dapat memengaruhi objektivitas penelitian.
  • DAFTAR PUSTAKA: Minimal 25 referensi menggunakan gaya APA edisi ke-7, dengan minimal 80% berasal dari artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Disarankan menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi (Mendeley, Zotero, atau EndNote).

Bagian Opsional (dicantumkan apabila relevan):

  • PERNYATAAN PENGGUNAAN AI DAN TEKNOLOGI BERBASIS AI DALAM PENULISAN: Mengungkapkan penggunaan alat bantu AI (misalnya ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, atau Claude) untuk pengeditan bahasa maupun struktural selama penyusunan naskah. Bagian ini dicantumkan apabila penulis memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam proses penulisan.
  • SUMBER PENDANAAN: Mengungkapkan sumber pendanaan penelitian serta menegaskan bahwa pemberi dana tidak terlibat dalam proses ilmiah penelitian. Bagian ini dicantumkan apabila penelitian memperoleh pendanaan dari lembaga tertentu.
  • UCAPAN TERIMA KASIH: Menyampaikan apresiasi kepada individu atau institusi yang mendukung penelitian. Bagian ini dicantumkan apabila terdapat pihak yang perlu disebutkan.
